General Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage department heads (Sales, Production, Office/Admin, Accounting, Marketing)

• Own KPIs: revenue growth, gross margin, net profit, safety, customer satisfaction

• Run weekly leadership and operations meetings

• Ensure consistent processes across sales, estimating, production, and service

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management

• Drive efficiency: scheduling, materials management, job costing

• Report financial performance and operations status to ownership

Experience Requirements

• 7–10 years in construction management, preferably roofing/siding

Desired Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Financial acumen (job costing, budgets, forecasting)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
