Roofing Repair Technician

We’re hiring a full-time Roofing & Siding Repair Technician to join our team, serving customers throughout Lake, Porter, Jasper, Newton, and parts of South Suburbs of Cook County, IL. From shingles to siding, skylights to fascia and soffit repairs — if you’re great at diagnosing and solving exterior issues, we want to hear from you!​

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Position (negotiable based on experience)
• Commission on additional repair work sold on-site

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
• Occasional Saturday work (only when needed)

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of repair jobs, including roofing, siding, fascia, soffit, flashing, and skylights
• Diagnose leak issues and provide solutions for existing customers
• Spot and report hidden damages (like rotten wood or flashing)
• Communicate daily with the team members
• Take detailed photos for documentation and reports

Qualifications

• 3- 5+ years of experience in roofing or siding repair
• Valid Indiana driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work at various roof pitches, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong customer communication and diagnostic skills
• Reliability and willingness to work longer days in summer ( daylight)
• Bilingual a plus
