From my initial contact for a roof evaluation to the completion of the project every single person I encountered was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jeff explained every part of the roofing project including things unique to my roof requiring special attention and answered all my questions. Hector, the job foreman, and Jenna, my customer service representative, kept me informed throughout the 2 days of work bringing photos when necessary to illustrate any issues. Every member of the crew was pleasant, respectful of the property and kept the work area clean and safe. The grounds were immaculate after final clean up - I have not found a nail or piece of roofing matter anywhere. They even blew the terrace and walkways clean although not directly in the work zone. Of particular note was what they didn’t encourage me to purchase.. I had a mesh screen style gutter guard system in place which tended to get blocked with leaves and maple seed pods in certain areas causing overflow in even moderate rain. Jeff assessed the gutters and suggested they remove but not replace the gutter guard system. He felt the size of the gutters combined with the downspout size and placement should flush any debris out during the rain and eliminate the overflow issues. Since roof completion, minus the old gutter guards, we have had quite a few heavy rains without any problems. Thanks Jeff! I highly recommend Eenigenburg Exteriors.
