Saved our leaky house!!!
The folks at Eenigenburg really saved our butts!! we contracted with them back in 2021 when we bought our Lake House and had them put all new siding on our house, but Skip replacing the wood trim around the windows because we thought everything was sealed up pretty well. We recently developed a water leak into our dining room that was coming in through the walls between our elevated deck and the back wall of our house and leaking down into the dining space. It was a complete disaster and was starting to cause drywall damage so we brought in the folks that did such a great job with her siding. We determined that the water was coming in from trim that was rotted around our patio door leading to our elevated deck, we determined that we are going to replace both patio doors leading to our deck and completely changed all the trim around all the doors and windows also leading to our deck. When they got to our house the day of the job and started pulling the door apart we found a ton of rotten wood above the door, which created a real problem because they had to remove a lot more siding all the way up to a huge window above the patio doors. They quickly rounded up all the materials, tore everything apart replaced the rotted wood and goddess closed up and sealed up all within a 12 hour very long day for them. This was very critical because we are scheduled for rain for the next day. Amazing job by TODD and his crew can’t say enough about how great they are to work with
