Mitch Lelek, Estimator, was extremely pleasant to work with. He spent a lot of time in our attic and on our roof for a thorough inspection. He replied to texts and returned phone calls almost immediately. I felt like I was his only customer. I changed my original plan twice to include additional work. Mitch didn't miss a beat, was very patient, and quick to return to update my proposal. Marie called me once a week after I accepted the proposal. She was friendly and professional. Consistent communication goes a long way when you are waiting for your installation date. Abby was my Project Manager. She was very informative and communicated well to keep me updated about the replacement of my skylight. She was faced with a few challenges on this part of the project, but handled it well. Jenna was also very pleasant to work with. She came out to my house before and after all the work was done to take multiple pictures and answer any questions. After the work was completed, she ensured that I was totally satisfied with my new roof, replacement skylight, garage door wrap, and new weatherstripping.
